Refund Policy


Proof of purchase needs to be presented before any return and/or refund can be processed.

Any returns will incur a 25% restocking fee, provided that the return products are in re-sellable condition and original package.

Goods must be returned to us for full assessment before a refund will be issued.

No return or refunds after 30 days of purchase.

All the pick up orders have to be picked up in one month after the order is ready to pick up. We will have to charge $20 per day for stocking the products after the 30 days.

Original delivery/process chargers and cost of returning are non-refundable.

Please do check the goods before you leave our warehouse. No return or refunds if products have been used or damaged after the sales.

If your order are delivered by a freight company, any damage during delivery should be clearly written in the delivery docket and signed at the time when you accept the goods.
